The thing about Japanese food is that everything is so freaking bite sized. There is often nothing to really sink your teeth into. I guess the affinity for chopsticks is a bit to blame. Everything has to be pretty near bite size otherwise you're gonna have trouble chopsticking it into your fat face. I mean, I don't even like steak that much. But I do miss really chomping into food. This is my favorite markerfood...looks really solid in person.
