Listening to this Toro Y Moi album a lot recently. Favorite track is this dooder on my computer, Scooter. I was listening to the album and was like...that sounds like Kool A.D...and it was!

Breaking in my "new" blue-ring fudepen, in quotes since I seem to have lost my inking kit on the train at some point, so I'm in the process of rebuilding the team. You can see first contact on the stage-left eye, where it was more watery at first.

Needed a nonsense shape to scrawl so just went with something vaguely Ringu-ish.

When I studied for a summer in Japan, I got to visit the studio where they filmed the US version of The Grudge.

Also J-horror sucks.

It's about being lost and drowning and knowing the answer and whatever.
